Or in this case a garage converted into an independently owned training facility harboring some seriously hardcore athletes. Although not a registered CrossFit box, The Cave has to be the essence of what CrossFit initially started out as. The Cave is kitted out with some serious equipment and tech including Rogue and concept 2. Head honcho at The Cave is CrossFit Leeds team member Dan Crisp.
The Cave Razorstorm t-shirt
At a first glance the Cave t-shirt looks a minimalist concept design but intertwined are gnarly distressing effects and stylish placement. Not to forget there are a few special edition named t-shirts knocking around. The Cave has become a cult box much like the legendary Hobo gym. If you see anyone with these t-shirt they will be instantly recognizable as elite, fact.
