Razorstorm - An unfair advantage

CrossFit Central Manchester Games 2011

The CCM games has grown dramatically since 2010 with a reported 134 athletes competing. Events will include male and female individuals and team events. Each box can submit 2 teams.

Razorstorm will be supporting the games along side Cross Gym, PurePharma, Boditronics and Caveman snacks.

 

The wods on the day have been released on the CCM main site but with a surprise “Central Manchester Crippler” to be revealed on the day. Listed wods include, “unbroken”, “Frantik” and “kempie”. Although at a first glance some of these wods may look like you can engage easy mode due to not using heavy weight. Just remember all those that unleash beast mode will be breaking the sound barrier on each rep. Speed is going to be your biggest weapon.
